Shipping, Delivery  and Returns

Placing an Order

​

Once your order is received, we begin working on it right away so it can be shipped as soon as possible. However, all orders can take up to 48 hours processing time before being shipped.

If your item has not been shipped within your selected time-frame, please send us an email at cutomer.experience@minxhair.co.uk as soon as you can. Kindly send your enquiry, clearly stating your order number in the body of the email.

Orders received after 1 p.m. GMT will begin processing the following business day. Please note that business days refer to Monday - Friday and exclude holidays (see below). This means that if your place an order after 1 p.m. GMT on a Friday, it will ship the following Monday. Overnight shipments placed after 1 p.m. GMT on Friday will not be shipped until Monday and may not arrive to your location until Wednesday for express shipping.

Holidays include:

Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter and UK Bank holidays.

Tracking Your Package

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track the progress of your package as it makes its way to you.

 

Shipping Your Order

All UK orders are shipped out using Royal Mail.  We also may use other carriers. You can select your shipping method at checkout, but not the carrier.

 

Free Shipping

Minx Hair offers free standard shipping for all UK orders over £100. No promotion code is required. Select the free shipping option at checkout.

 

Deliveries

After verification of your order, shipping times will vary depending on your chosen method of delivery. Standard shipping will take approximately 3-5 business days for delivery, while Express shipping will take approximately 1-2 business days.  All orders must be signed for, so ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at check out. In the event your package is left at the post office after several delivery attempts and is returned to us, we will notify you via email. We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, holidays or delays due to natural disasters. We strongly recommend receiving your order before booking any hair appointments.

Returns and Exchanges

For health reasons, all sales are final. We take utmost care when preparing your order but if you receive an incorrect item, you can be rest assured that we will send out your order within 1 business day of us receiving the incorrect item. If you receive an incorrect item, kindly contact us at customer.experience@minxhair.co.uk within 1 business day of receiving your order. Please ensure all hairs are in their original packaging i.e. handtags, bundle tags, satin pouch and hair box provided as we will not accept hair not returned in its original condition. We will also NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn i.e bundles cannot be brushed, combed, cut, taken out of the bundle and tried on, or processed in anyway.


We will replace any faulty items you have received, so if you do receive a faulty item, kindly notify us within 2 business days at customer.experience@minxhair.co.uk. We will offer you either an exchange for an order of the same value or a refund. If Minx Hair decides to take your product back, we will notify you(the customer) and provide you with a returns label, and you will be responsible for the shipping the hair back to us.

Changing An Order

If you need to change your order, contact us as soon as possible within one hour of placing the order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.

Products Lost or Damaged in Transit

We can't guarantee the performance of our carriers, but we will do as much as we can to make sure your order arrives on time and undamaged. However, Minx Hair cannot be held liable for lost, late or damaged packages.

Minx Hair will do everything in our power to ensure prompt delivery on all orders. However, due to acts of nature and others issues, there are times when our chosen carriers are not able to perform the service requested. Minx Hair cannot issue refunds for shipping charges for delayed packages.

 

Wrong Shipping Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time window to change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to change your shipping address, please send us an email at customer.experience@minxhair.co.uk as soon as you place your order with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Description of item

We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund. You will be able to track the progress of your parcel, but we will notify you if it does get returned to us.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Minx Hair cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be seized by your local customs office, and Minx Hair will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this.
